Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Cutskills. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1) The Service
Cutskills helps you analyze job descriptions to extract skills and improve keyword coverage in your resume for international applications.
2) Subscription & Billing
- Starter Plan: Provides 100 analyses per month. Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe unless canceled.
- Cancellation: You can cancel anytime via the Stripe Customer Portal. Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
3) Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day full refund guarantee for users in applicable jurisdictions (including Brazil, per Art. 49 of the CDC). After this period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis for technical issues.
4) Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee job placement or 100% accuracy of AI extractions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the last 3 months.
5) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the developer's location or the user's residence where required by consumer law.
